You retain ownership of your content but grant yosakura.lol a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, modify, and display it as necessary to operate the Service.
This license ends when content is deleted, except where required for legal, security, or compliance purposes.

Each individual may create only one account. Selling, sharing, or reselling access is prohibited. Suspicious or abusive behavior may result in action across related accounts.
Any official yosakura.lol software is licensed, not sold. Modification, reverse engineering, or redistribution is prohibited. Software is provided “as is” without warranties.
Payments are generally non-refundable. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. We may suspend access for failed payments or pricing abuse.
Use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. Upon verified account deletion, personal data is permanently deleted except where retention is legally required.
All Service content (excluding user content) remains the property of yosakura.lol. No rights are granted beyond what is necessary to use the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, yosakura.lol is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability will not exceed the greater of the amount paid in the last 12 months or 100€.
